This program is designed to help you overcome the fear of:

  • being judged

  • abandonment

  • not being accepted

  • of being yourself

 
We will work closely throughout the month to eradicate those fears and reactivate your self-confidence.

What it includes

 

  • Free consultation (30 min to 40 min)

  • 1 Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session (2 hours) 

  • A bespoke recording (to listen to for at least 21 days)

  • Coaching program of two sessions: one follow-up session of 20 min after the 1st week

  • And an entire session of 60 min 3 weeks after the coaching follow-up session

  • Weekly WhatsApp support

  • We will establish a plan that is based on your desires

  • We will develop a strategy

  • I will guide you through taking action every day

  • I will share concrete tools and help you implement new, better habits

  • I will keep you on track with your progress
